We want you to love your Metroboard. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — undamaged, with all components, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit returns.designrules.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Because Metroboard is a fragile, framed item, returns must be packed in the original packaging to be accepted — we can't accept returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packing. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping: A restocking/return shipping fee of $10 applies to non-defective, discretionary returns.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately — within 7 days — if your Metroboard is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Photos of the damage and the packaging help us resolve it quickly. We'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

If you'd like to exchange for a different city or configuration, please select the exchange option when submitting your return.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all components and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen it, contact us.
